If you read the post yesterday you know there has been some problems with Ele-Copter and Bored.com… well, they are solved now!

Thanks to FlashGameLicense, to Bored.com and to YOU for sharing this, everything has got sorted out. It was a problem with Bored.com communication with the accountant, and it has been solved!

So yeah, thanks everyone :)

Hey,

I’m here to talk about what has happened with my game Ele-Copter. I first wanted to make a game in a weekend for facebook, those simple helicopter games, but then Chris and I went to make a more complicated flash game for sponsorship.

So, after we made the game, we submitted it to FGL. We waited a looooong time, emailed tons of people… and got 1 answer. From Bored.com. They were interested in sponsoring our game. For $900.

We were more than happy. I implemented their complex api, I got in touch with them with skype, and took a bunch of days to get it ready. Then, I sent it to them, and they asked the payment method we wanted. I gave them all the payment details, and they seemed to be interested in paying, and worried because we were not receiving the money.

FAKE.

It’s been more than a month and we still have not received anything. Not even FGL, which was through paypal (which is instant). Shame, Bored.com. It’s a shame. They even pretended they were interested. Now, they don’t answer back. They simply ignore us. That’s terrible.

They even didn’t tell us when the game was uploaded. I explicity asked them to notify us as soon as its uploaded. I discovered it through google and it had been published 6 days already.

Even more terrible, FGL itself is ignoring us. We contacted them about the issue, they contacted us back asking some questions, we replied… and done? We even sent another email asking if there was any problems, why weren’t they answering. NOTHING. No answer.

So here’s the situation: Bored.com has stolen our game, and not even FGL will help us. But, I won’t stop doing WHATEVER I can to get the money back. Or to make them remove the game from anywhere it’s been uploaded. ANYWHERE.

Please, help me by sharing this post everywhere. Please!
